1. On-site technical service
1.1 The purpose of our on-site service personnel is to make the equipment supplied safe and normal. We plan to deploy technical backbone and service experts to form a special working group for on-site service, and directly enter the project site to carry out comprehensive pre-sale, sale and after-sales services. An on-site service schedule including the number of service personnel is provided during the bidding phase. If the number of months of this person cannot meet the needs of the project, we will add the number of months and no expenses will be incurred.
1.2 Our field service personnel have the following qualifications:
     Comply with laws and regulations and abide by the rules and regulations on site.
      Have a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, in place on time.
      Understand the design of the contract equipment, familiar with its structure, have the same or near-site work experience, and be able to conduct on-site guidance correctly.
      Good health and adapt to the conditions of the field work.
I provide the service personnel list to the bidder (not limited to the personnel in the form), and we can replace the unqualified field service personnel.
      1.3 The tasks of our field service personnel mainly include equipment reminder, unpacking inspection of goods, handling of equipment quality problems, guiding installation and commissioning, participating in trial operation and performance acceptance test.
      1.4 Before installation and commissioning, our technical service personnel will explain the technical procedures to the bidders, explain and demonstrate the procedures and methods to be carried out. For important processes, our technical personnel shall confirm the construction and visa, otherwise the bidder will not be able to carry out The next process. We will bear full responsibility for any problems that arise after our confirmation and visa procedures are caused by errors in the guidance of our technical service personnel.
      1.5 Our field service personnel have the right to handle all technical and commercial issues that arise on the site. If quality problems occur on site, our on-site personnel shall resolve the problem within the time specified by the bidder. If we entrust the tendering party to handle it, our on-site service personnel will issue a power of attorney and bear corresponding economic responsibilities.
      1.6 We are fully responsible for all actions of our field service personnel.
      1.7 The normal arrival and replacement of our field service personnel shall be negotiated with the tendering party in advance.
      1.8 After the equipment fails, it will reply within 2 hours after receiving the written request from the bidding party. The service personnel will arrive at the service site within 6 hours.
